Italian Dark Roast is a rich-bodied, sturdy blend with an intense, smoky, lingering aftertaste. The roasting of our Italian Dark Roast beans is done in a "nurturing" process. We roast the beans beyond the full roast stage to develop the taste that our customers recognize as uniquely ours. This blend has a sweet, acidic flavor, a light-medium body, a medium acidity, and a clean, spicy aftertaste.
